Your mission will be the application of the investment compliance framework in relation to European retail funds (UCITS) and Alternative Investment Funds ("AIF").

Description

• Monitor the compliance of UCITS and AIF funds with regulatory and fund-specific requirements such as investment objectives & policies, regulatory restrictions and sustainability-related restrictions (SFDR).
• Investigate and communicate the status of exceptions identified in relation to investment compliance restrictions (regulatory or fund specific), assess and propose the classification of breaches, including the preparation of the reporting to the Luxembourg regulator CSSF pursuant to Circular 24/856.
• Identify and monitor the risk profile of UCITS/AIF under management
• Actively participate in the evolution and improvement of processes and systems.
• Follow-up on investment compliance matters and maintain the communication with the funds' stakeholders such as investment managers, administrators, depositary and auditors.

Profile

• Academic background in Finance/Economics/Accounting and/or relevant on-the-job experience;
• At least basic understanding of the fund concept, major asset classes and financial markets;
• Experience with investment compliance monitoring and regulatory frameworks such as UCITS, AIFMD, CESR/ESMA guidelines) would be an asset;
• Good command of Microsoft Office;
• Excellent communication, analytical and critical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mind-set, with the ability to prioritize, and to meet deadlines;
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English;
