We are looking for an Investment Analyst to join a growing real estate investment platform. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across the entire investment lifecycle, supporting the acquisition, development, and optimization of residential assets while collaborating closely with institutional investors, developers, financing partners, and industry experts.

Description

• Support the assessment and execution of real estate investment opportunities, with a particular focus on residential development projects;
• Develop and maintain financial models, feasibility studies, valuations, and business plans;
• Monitor financial and operational performance of assets, ensuring alignment with investment objectives and approved business plans;
• Track project performance throughout the development lifecycle, from acquisition and planning phases through to delivery and stabilization;
• Prepare investment memorandums, investor reports, and presentations for internal committees and stakeholders;
• Coordinate with developers, financial institutions, advisors, investors, and other key partners involved in each project;
• Identify opportunities to enhance asset value and support the implementation of strategic initiatives;
• Contribute to portfolio management activities through a structured, analytical, and results-driven approach.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field;
• 2 to 6 years of professional experience in real estate investment, real estate development, asset management, transaction advisory, or consulting;
• Strong exposure to residential development projects and a solid understanding of the development lifecycle;
• Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skills;
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across multiple functions and external partners;
• Analytical mindset, commercial awareness, and strong problem-solving abilities;
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial analysis tools;
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently.
