Your Role

The role focuses on assisting in the development, testing, and improvement of digital tools used to enhance quality processes and operational efficiency. The trainee will contribute to application support, data-driven quality monitoring, and workflow automation initiatives.

Working in an international environment, the trainee will collaborate with the quality team to help streamline processes, improve system reliability, and support the transition from manual to digital workflows. The position offers hands-on exposure to 3D visualization, data analytics, low-code automation, global collaboration, software applications, and automation tools.

Additional initiatives and new tools will be developed over time, and the trainee will have the opportunity to contribute to new concepts and pilot solutions as the digital roadmap evolves.

• Process Automation & Digital Workflows
• Testing, Documentation

Your Experience

As a Digital Applications Trainee you will have:

• Bachelor or Master student in: Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Academic or project-based experience in programming, analytics, or digital tools.
• Experience with university or personal technical projects is considered valuable.
• Basic Python knowledge
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Good Excel skills
• Fluent English
