Your new company
You will be joining a technology-driven organisation specialised in the development and commercialisation of CAD software solutions for industrial environments. With a strong international presence and a solid reputation in niche markets, this company works closely with leading players in the footwear industry and adjacent sectors, delivering innovative and highly specialised solutions.

Your new role
As an International Software Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling CAD software solutions, with a primary focus on the footwear industry. This is a highly commercial, end-to-end sales role with strong international exposure, covering the full sales cycle from business development and prospecting through to negotiation, contract closure and post-sales follow-up. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Active prospecting and management of an existing client portfolio.
  • Understanding client maturity, technical capabilities and current systems in order to position the right solution.
  • Conducting commercial meetings, product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Preparing and presenting commercial proposals.
  • Negotiating terms, discounts and closing contracts.
  • Supporting customers throughout the implementation process in coordination with technical teams.
  • Ensuring strong post-sales follow-up, customer satisfaction and identification of upsell opportunities.
  • Representing the company at international trade fairs, events and commercial missions.
This role involves frequent international travel, particularly in the early stages, with exposure to markets such as Central and Northern Europe, Southern Europe, Brazil, North America and Southeast Asia.

What you’ll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in a commercial or sales role, ideally within software and technology environments.
  • Background or strong understanding of the footwear industry (or related sectors such as leather goods or upholstery) is highly valued.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Additional languages are a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Clear commercial drive, with a strong focus on results and closing deals.
  • Ability to understand, position and sell complex technological solutions.
  • High level of autonomy, proactivity and organisational skills.
  • Willingness and availability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
  • Experience with software licensing models, subscriptions and maintenance contracts is highly desirable.
