We are now hiring an International Recruiter - Dutch Market, based in Lisbon, to support our continued growth across Europe.

About the Role

As an International Recruiter at Hira Talent, you will:

Source, engage and interview Dutch-speaking candidates across Europe

Manage the full recruitment process from first contact to placement

Work closely with international clients (BPO, Tech, Customer Support, Sales)

Support candidates planning an international relocation and new life abroad

Act as a trusted advisor throughout the candidate journey

Represent Hira Talent's values: human, transparent, performance-driven

Contribute to the growth of our Lisbon hub and international community

Be part of one of the most active expat & talent communities in Europe

Who We're Looking For

Must-have:

Fluent Dutch

Good level of English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build trust quickly with candidates

Proactive, ambitious and self-driven mindset

Energetic, people-oriented and resilient

Big plus:

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer success, or BPO environments

Strong interest in international careers & relocation
