Adecco Recruitment is looking for a International Consumer Finance Business Partner to join a medical technology company.

As an International Consumer Finance Business Partner, youll play a crucial role in delivering financial insights, reporting, and analysis to enhance business performance in international markets. Partnering with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and operations, youll ensure alignment of financial strategies with corporate objectives while navigating a dynamic global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting Provide detailed performance reports, monitor KPIs, and identify trends to guide strategic decision-making.
• Budgeting & Forecasting Develop budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models to predict performance and assess risks.
• Business Partnership Collaborate with regional teams to optimize costs, evaluate new initiatives, and support growth strategies.
• Profitability & Cost Management Analyze profitability, manage margins, and implement cost-saving initiatives across international markets.
• Ad Hoc Support Participate in strategic projects like market expansions, product launches and acquisitions and offering financial expertise.

Qualifications Required

• Education Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA are a plus).
• Experience 7 years in financial planning, analysis, or related roles, preferably in international or multi-market settings.
• Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial reporting tools (SAP, Oracle), and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau). Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Languages Fluency in English is required. French is strongly preferred; knowledge of Italian or Spanish is a bonus.
