The Intercompanies Accounting Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimizing intercompany accounting processes.

Description

• Perform monthly financial closing tasks for intercompany accounts
• Reconcile balance sheet intercompany accounts accurately
• Monitor and send ageing reports for AP and AR intercompany invoices
• Ensure timely payments and receipts of intercompany invoices
• Conduct P&L analysis, identify gaps, and support country teams in resolution
• Manage accounts receivable encashment to close invoices upon payment
• Prepare monthly audits by fulfilling intercompany control requirements
• Perform lettrage of AP and AR provisions
• Launch accounting quality action plans with Local Referents
• Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects, contributing to process improvements

Profile

• Minimum 1 year accounting experience (intercompany preferred)
• Comfortable in English (B2+), written and spoken
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Effective team player with clear communication
• Sense of collective responsibility and ownership
