Role Overview:
We are looking for an Integration Specialist to join a leading global financial institution recognized for its strong digital transformation, extensive customer base, and commitment to innovation, delivering comprehensive banking services with a focus on customer experience and sustainable growth.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for leading a team of integration engineers in developing Microservices and API components, removing impediments, and managing cross-team dependencies to ensure timely delivery. You will track commitments, provide clear communication to stakeholders, and coach teams to enhance collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
What you are like:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar;
- At least 3 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role;
- Good general understanding of how large-scale software systems are designed, built, tested, deployed, and delivered to customers;
- Experience with API design principles and best practices (RESTful APIs, OpenAPI Specs);
- Strong understanding of delivery and go-to-market methods and metrics;
- At least 2 years of experience working in the engineering organization of a product company using common Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
