Key accountabilities:

• Create infrastructure engineering definition/drawing
• Analyses, develops, interprets and implements complex system design and architecture specifications, data models and diagrams for TopSky solutions
• Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools (COTS and TopSky) ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Liaise with project management and Design Authorities to ensure that all TopSky deployment work is completed within timelines, and to standards
• Implement, Troubleshoot, manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure
• Analyses, implements, evaluates and monitors network infrastructure to ensure networks are configured to operate at optimal performance and according to TopSky needs
• Administer and maintain the integrity of configuration baselines (COTS and TopSky-related) for configuration control in TopSky projects
• Provide technical support to end-users and internal engineering teams and resolving technical inquiries.

Key relationships:

• Engineering teams: Collaborate with to provide engineering services to achieve delivery outcomes;
• Project delivery teams: Provide engineering services to support project delivery.

Required Experience:

• At least 3 years on similar role/functions;
• Written and Oral proficiency in English;
• Availability to travel abroad for periods up to 1 month - each 2 or 3 months;
• Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;

Location: Quinta da Fonte, Paço de Arcos.
