Your new role:
We are looking for a developer with approximately 3 years of experience, with solid knowledge in Java and healthcare system integration using HL7 standards (V2 or FHIR).
What You Will Do:
Maintain and develop healthcare integration systems;
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand interoperability and integration needs;
Build Java applications for clinical data exchange using HL7 standards; Develop HL7 messaging interfaces to enable seamless communication between healthcare systems;
Create custom solutions for transforming and routing HL7 messages;
Integrate applications with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other healthcare IT platforms;
Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and regulations;
Perform unit testing and support integration testing;
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data exchange and system integration;
Document technical designs, interfaces, and workflows.
What you need to be successful:
Higher education in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar;
Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years in software development;
Java: Minimum 3 years with Java 8 or higher;
Messaging Systems: Minimum 2 years with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ;
Data Formats: Minimum 2 years with JSON, XML, Protocol Buffers;
Protocols: Minimum 2 years with REST;
Integration Standards: Minimum 2 years with HL7 v2 or HL7 FHIR;
Fluent in Portuguese;
Strong problem-solving abilities;
Team-oriented with good time management skills.
Nice to Have: Experience with Agile methodologies (minimum 2 years); Fluent in spoken and written English.
