About the Role:

At CARMA, we are looking for an experienced Insights Analyst to Analyze media coverage from company monitoring platforms to derive actionable intelligence for clients. Take ownership of the final report quality, ensuring that high standards are met. Continuously enhance the reporting process and overall efficiency to support company objectives and client requirements.


Analysis and Reporting:

  • Report Ownership: Take full ownership of the final quality of reports, ensuring they meet client standards and expectations.
  • Media Content Analysis: Analyze media content to extract meaningful insights that support clients' business goals.
  • High-Quality Reporting: Produce high-quality client reports, both qualitative and quantitative, within tight deadlines. Include tables, charts, summaries, and narratives to clearly present findings.
  • Ongoing Report Enhancement: seeking feedback from senior insight managers and operational insight managers to improve the reports and team members to continuously improve the reporting process.
  • Ongoing Process Enhancement: Continuously work on enhancing the reporting process to improve efficiency and profitability.

Additional Duties:

  • Policy Adherence: Comply with CARMA policies and procedures, supporting the company's mission and vision.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.


Education

BA in Journalism, Business Analytics, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations or any related field.


Experience

1 year of experience in an analytical role (including data analysis, market research) within marketing research, media intelligence and data technology, or consulting firm is preferred.

1 year of Market research, data analytics or exposure to traditional and social media is preferred.

Familiar with data visualization and dashboard tools, Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, etc.

Experience in both qualitative and quantitative reporting is preferred.
