Role Description

This is a full-time internship starting in September 2026, based in Portugal, with flexibility for remote work.

As an Inside Sales Intern, you will support lead generation, prospect qualification, and pipeline management activities, while contributing to customer engagement through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lead generation and prospecting activities
• Assist in qualifying potential clients and business opportunities
• Help manage and update the sales pipeline and CRM
• Engage with prospects via email, phone, and social platforms
• Support the preparation of proposals and commercial materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Communication, or a related field, with expected completion by September 2026
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and technology
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Any previous experience (e.g. internships, academic projects, or part-time roles) is a plus

Language Skills

• Portuguese (mandatory)
• English (mandatory)
• Spanish (nice to have)
