What we expect from you:
In this role, you will work with EU and international public sector clients through the development of bids, proposal writing, and the implementation of European-funded projects.
You will be working with the team responsible for EurA's Strategic Partnerships, writing tenders and proposals aligned with EurA's international strategy. In addition, you will be expected to implement projects with the goal of delivering customer satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
Your Tasks:
Proposal Writing and Strategic Partnerships (80%):
- Proposal and tender writing, reporting to the Strategic Partnerships Coordinator.
- Scout and assess strategic tender and proposals opportunities identified on different platforms and channels.
- Lead proposal development efforts within EurA's team and with external consortium members, including, but not limited to, consortia building, proposal conceptualisation, budget preparation, and negotiation.
Project Implementation (20%):
- Project Delivery: Project execution, ensuring deliverables, milestones, and tasks are completed effectively and with quality, while guaranteeing scope, budget, and time adherence. Coordinate with other project team members, assuring proper quality and content review of the work, and manage the client and other stakeholders' expectations towards the project outputs and outcomes.
- Strategic alignment and internal reporting: constantly align the project goals and activities with organisational strategic objectives and ensure proper coordination and reporting to the Project Director, PMO, and Managing Director.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years of experience or a PhD in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Deep Tech and/or European projects. 5+ years of experience is considered an advantage.
- A University degree in a related field is a must-have. Having a PhD in a related academic field is a plus.
- Experience in Innovation Ecosystems or business acceleration support.
- Experience in academic writing.
- Previous consultancy experience, or experience in European Projects, is a plus.
- Excellent English, with strong communication and presentation skills, is mandatory.
- Proven experience in writing successful proposals and tenders.
- Availability to travel.
