Role Overview:

We are looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager (Azure) to join our teams and lead complex infrastructure initiatives in enterprise environments. In this role, you will oversee hybrid infrastructure projects, coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, and ensure the successful delivery of critical IT transformation programs, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure, virtualization, networking, and secure system integration.

What you will do:

• Plan, coordinate and control IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget and risk management;
• Lead and support technical teams and external vendors throughout project execution;
• Oversee dependencies within critical enterprise systems and guarantee proper integration across environments;
• Drive Change Management processes, ensuring minimal downtime and high service continuity;
• Prepare executive reporting and maintain clear communication across technical, operational and business stakeholders;
• Support projects involving cloud migration, hybrid architectures, cybersecurity alignment and infrastructure modernization.

What you are like:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
• Proficient in project management within IT infrastructure environments, ideally in enterprise settings;
• Skilled in hybrid architecture design and implementation (on premises + Microsoft Azure);
• Experienced with Azure compute, networking, security and governance;
• Strong understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper V);
• Knowledgeable in networking, security, storage, and systems administration (Windows Server and Linux);
• Comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams and managing external suppliers;
• Familiar with best practices and frameworks such as PMI, PRINCE2, or ITIL;
• Fluent in English.
