Join the team of technologists that built and operate an industry leading FX ECN. You will manage and optimize mission-critical trading infrastructure to maintain high level of reliability and high performance. You will also be responsible for efficient adoption of cloud-based services. You will work directly with business leaders, developers and network engineers to support the trading system and improve its technology.

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee FX trading infrastructure globally to ensure reliability and performance

• Provide infrastructure expertise to the software development team

• Collaborate with the Group infrastructure team to address FX business needs and ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures

• Automate repetitive infrastructure tasks to achieve consistency in a heavily distributed environment

• Responsible for researching emerging technologies and creating technology roadmap.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• Hands-on experience with Linux system administration (e.g. RHEL, SLES);

• Familiarity with OS performance tuning for low-latency applications;

• Knowledge of virtualization and container technologies;

• Work experience with server hardware, data center build-outs, OS migrations

• Comfortable with scripting languages (Python, shell, etc.);

• Proven track record supporting mission-critical server infrastructure in production environments;

• Familiarity with provisioning tools(Ansible, Puppet) is a plus;

• Windows, NAS administration is a plus;

• Strong desire to learn new technologies.

Hybrid Model: 3x Week ONSITE
