We are looking for a talented Infrastructure Architect / Engineer to join a team of top technologists working on a leading FX Electronic Communication Network (ECN).
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and evolving mission-critical trading infrastructure, ensuring high performance, low latency, and reliability in a global environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage and optimize global trading infrastructure to ensure maximum reliability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with developers, network engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Automate infrastructure processes across a distributed environment.
- Support and improve low-latency trading systems.
- Drive the adoption of cloud-based solutions.
- Research and implement emerging technologies, contributing to the infrastructure roadmap.
- Ensure alignment with best practices, standards, and procedures.
? What we're looking for:
- Hands-on experience with Linux system administration (RHEL, SLES).
- Strong knowledge of performance tuning, particularly in low-latency environments.
- Experience with virtualization and container technologies.
- Background in server hardware and data center environments.
- Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Shell).
- Proven experience supporting mission-critical production systems.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Ansible, Puppet or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Windows or NAS administration.
