Your new Role
The Infrastructure & Operations Vendor Management will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key Vendor to ensure high-quality service delivery;
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with Vendor to achieve the best value for the company;
- Monitor Vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations;
- Manage Vendor risk and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations;
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of vendor services and performance;
- Oversee the procurement of infrastructure and networking equipment and services;
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address vendor-related issues;
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed vendor recommendations.
What you will need to succeed
As an Infrastructure & Operations Vendor Management you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Certification in PMP, ITIL, CISCO, CompTIA Network +, etc. (would be a plus);
- Proven experience in Vendor Management, with a focus on Infrastructure and Networking;
- Proficiency in Vendor Management software and tools;
- Strong understanding of Networking technologies, Infrastructure components, and industry best practices;
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions;
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure and Services;
- Familiarity with cybersecurity;
- Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.
