We are seeking a Junior IT Operations professional to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in our client team. If you are passionate about business analysis and management, we want to hear from you!

Brief Description of the Role and Responsibilities: As part of our client Command Center team, the Junior IT Operations professional will be responsible for monitoring the execution of the batch plan, handling errors by following predefined instructions, and tracking alerts generated by monitoring tools. The role involves applying operational guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient system operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor batch plan execution and handle errors according to predefined instructions.
• Track and respond to alerts generated by monitoring tools.
• Apply operational guidelines to maintain system performance and reliability.
• Read logs, navigate directories, and perform basic tasks in LINUX/Unix environments.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records of system operations.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with TWS (Tivoli Dynamic Workload Console)
• Shell scripting knowledge
• Experience with ticketing tools (Jira / ServiceNow)
• Unix/Linux user

Languages:

• English - Fluent
• French (nice to have)
