IT Infrastructure Operations Manager - Direct Hire Hybrid work: 2 days in the office (Miraflores), 3 days remote Miraflores

To take ownership of IT Infrastructure, Service Desk & Workplace, and Application Support across the Iberian region.

? What You'll Be Driving:

• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring secure, high-availability systems and services.
• Lead three core areas:
• Infrastructure Management (VMware, Cisco, Checkpoint, Cloud)
• Service Desk & End User Support (Jira Service Management, Zendesk, SLAs)
• Application Support (critical production troubleshooting)
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Implement and scale automation to reduce operational risk and improve efficiency.
• Lead, mentor and motivate cross-functional IT teams.
• Manage budgets and projects across the IT landscape.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align tech delivery with business goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
• 5+ years of IT project experience, ideally in security-heavy environments.
• 2+ years in team leadership or IT people management.
• Strong knowledge in:
• Networking: Cisco, Checkpoint, WatchGuard
• Virtualization & Cloud: VMware, AWS, Azure, GCP
• Service Desk tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk
• Security: Symantec, McAfee, firewall configuration
• Analytics: Splunk, ELK Stack
• ITIL processes and standards
• Fluent in English (B2+); Spanish is a plus.
