Your New Role
As an Information Security Officer, you will play a key role in safeguarding the company’s systems, data, and infrastructure. Reporting to the Information Security Manager, you’ll be part of a global team responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of security controls across cloud, on-premises, and operational environments. Your responsibilities will include managing security operations, supporting compliance efforts (e.g., ISO27001, NIS2), advising stakeholders on risk mitigation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the security landscape. 

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity tools, frameworks, and incident response
• Experience with intrusion detection, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud environments, scripting, and automation
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage with cross-functional teams
• Degree or certification in Cybersecurity or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security, ideally in a multinational or regulated environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Availability to work at least 3 days per week on-site in Porto, with occasional travel
