About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Industrialization Engineer to join our team in the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging product development and manufacturing, ensuring smooth industrialization of new products, optimizing processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Your role :

• Participate in product development and support design-for-manufacturability activities.
• Contribute to the industrialization of products, from prototype to production.
• Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, cost, and quality.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, production, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and work instructions.
• Support problem-solving activities, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and quality requirements.

Your profile :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product industrialization, process engineering, or manufacturing (semiconductor industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a cross-functional, international team.
• Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly, and testing.
• Experience with product industrialization, validation, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments is desirable.
