Industrial IT Programmer Analyst (M/F)

Adecco Recruitment is seeking an Industrial IT Programmer Analyst on behalf of a prominent client in the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and fine-tune industrial IT functions and applications to support the full product development lifecycle and industrialization process.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and draft comprehensive technical specifications.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and create tailored solutions that align with safety, quality, cost, and timeline standards.
• Program and model data using industry best practices, ensuring effective implementation of solutions.
• Execute thorough testing, create user guides, and ensure ongoing maintenance of developed applications.
• Monitor quality, cost, and timeline indicators, proposing corrective actions as needed to meet project goals.
• Actively participate in project meetings and audits, providing regular progress updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in industrial IT development, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming languages (C# is a plus).
• Solid understanding of SQL and database management practices.
• Experience in data modeling and software development for industrial systems.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks during application development, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
• Familiarity with ERP tools and project management methodologies (knowledge of APQP is an advantage).
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages such as French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
