• Significant experience in Methods Time Measurement (MTM).
• Proficiency in designing and implementing manufacturing processes.
• Ability to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and productivity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions.
• Experience in managing projects and teams.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with various departments.
• Proficiency in using CAD and other engineering software.

Profile

• A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Excellent knowledge of MTM and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English
