About the Role

We're expanding our Technology Services Team capacity to support our customers.

This professional will be responsible for managing user identities, access rights, and related processes across multiple platforms, ensuring secure and efficient access for all employees. The ideal candidate combines hands-on experience with IAM tools, database management skills, and a strong understanding of access lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain identity and access management platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, and Microsoft Entra;
• Oversee the employee access lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding, ensuring appropriate access rights;
• Configure and manage user accounts, permissions, and roles across various systems, including Oracle, MySQL, LDAP, and other corporate applications;
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement access control policies, audit compliance, and security standards;
• Support integrations and workflow automation using tools such as Outsystems and internal processes;
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve access-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner;
• Document procedures, configurations, and user access changes to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience with identity and access management (IAM) platforms, such as Okta, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Entra;
• Knowledge and experience in managing user lifecycle and access rights, including logical and physical access;
• Strong experience managing information in Oracle, MySQL, LDAP, Excel, and related protocols;
• Basic knowledge of Outsystems for workflow or integration support;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy;
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Security, and HR;
• Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
