Configure, maintain and enhance Identity and Access Management services, with a primary focus on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, IdentityNow or equivalent SailPoint platforms.
Description
* Build, test and support integrations into SailPoint and CyberArk, connecting business applications, directories, HR systems, cloud platforms and other authoritative or target systems.
* Support application onboarding into SailPoint, including source configuration, aggregation settings, account correlation, entitlement modelling, provisioning rules and access request workflows.
* Improve joiner, mover and leaver processes to ensure access is provisioned, modified and removed in line with policy, risk appetite and agreed service levels.
* Investigate and resolve identity-related incidents, provisioning failures, aggregation errors and integration issues, escalating complex design or high-risk matters where appropriate.
* Support periodic access reviews, certification campaigns, policy violations and access governance reporting, ensuring evidence is accurate, timely and audit-ready.
* Maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, configuration records and integration design notes to support operational service continuity and knowledge transfer.
* Work in a matrix fashion across Cyber, Infrastructure and Application teams, as well as with the MSP, to ensure IDAM services are secure, supportable and embedded into operational processes.
Profile
- Relevant SailPoint, identity management, cyber security, cloud platform or IT service management certifications would be advantageous. Practical hands-on experience is essential and may be accepted in place of formal certification.
- Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, identity lifecycle management, access request and approval workflows, provisioning, de-provisioning and access recertification. Understanding of SailPoint configuration, CyberArk integration points, directory services such as Active Directory and Entra ID, HR authoritative sources, cloud identity services, least privilege, segregation of duties, audit evidence and ITIL-aligned incident, request, problem and change processes.
