Position: IBM Domino Administrator

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Type: Fulltime, Hybrid from Lisbon (2-3 days onsite per week)

Languages: English (B2 minimum); French (minimum B1 - is a plus)

Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Portugal

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IBM Domino Administrator to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining our IBM Domino environments, ensuring high performance, security, and availability. This role requires a strong understanding of Domino administration (version 9 and above), network protocols, and scripting to automate tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Domino administration (version 9 and above)
• Strong understanding of network protocols (SMTP, IMAP, HTTP) and security concepts (SSL/TLS, firewalls).
• Scripting skills (LotusScript, JavaScript, PowerShell) to automate tasks and develop custom solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English (B2 minimum)
• Availability for a hybrid working model, based in Lisbon.

Nice to Have:

• IBM Domino Administrator or Developer certification.
• Experience with migration tools for transitioning to/from Domino.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• French (minimum B1)

Key Responsabilities:

• Administer and maintain Domino servers, including updates, patches, and backups.
• Configure and optimize Domino environments to ensure high performance and continuous availability.
• Manage Notes/Domino databases, including creation, migration, and maintenance.
• Implement and monitor robust security policies to ensure system security.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Domino servers and Notes clients.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Domino with other systems and applications.
• Document processes, configurations, and procedures for efficient system management.
• Train users and provide technical support for Domino-based applications.
