The Role: IAM / IGA Engineer - Usercube / Netwrix

Location: Lisbon

Work Model: Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite

Sector: Financial Services

? Languages: English (mandatory) French is a strong plus

Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and legally authorized to work there

We are looking for an IAM / IGA Engineer with strong experience in Usercube / Netwrix Identity Manager to join a project in the financial sector.

In this role, you will contribute to the design, configuration, and operation of identity governance solutions, ensuring secure, compliant, and well automated access management across the organization.

What you will be doing

• Install, configure, and maintain Usercube / Netwrix Identity Manager
• Design and manage connectors with systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, HRIS, and ERP
• Implement access governance (IGA/IAM) processes: provisioning, deprovisioning, recertifications
• Develop and maintain automation and integrations using scripts and APIs
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation

Technical Environment

• Usercube / Netwrix Identity Manager
• IAM / IGA & Access Governance
• Connectors: AD, LDAP, HRIS, ERP
• Scripting & Automation: PowerShell, CLI
• APIs: REST APIs, API integrations
• Databases: SQL Server Administration (2016+)

What we are looking for

• Solid experience with IGA / IAM platforms, ideally Usercube or Netwrix
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Autonomous, proactive, and detail oriented profile
• Comfortable communicating in English within international teams
