We are excited to announce that our BIMMS Family will be growing both in number and expertise. BIMMS is hiring a Human Resources Technician (M/F) to strengthen the team and complement the growth strategy.

Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in Human Resources;
• Good oral and written communication skills in English;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools;
• Dynamic, proactive, and able to work independently;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Responsible, committed, and team-oriented;
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and selection processes (drafting and publishing job advertisements, CV screening, conduct intervews, manage candidate communication);
• Ensure onboarding and integration of new employees;
• Handle employee admission and termination procedures;
• Organize and maintain individual employee records;
• Assist in the coordination and identification of training needs and the organization of training plans;
• Support payroll processing;
• Provide support in occupational health and safety processes and work accident reporting;
• Ensure the company's GDPR compliance.
