We are looking for a talented and motivated Sourcing Specialist (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be seen as a thought leader in Sourcing
- Identify how changes in business strategy impact talent planning needs.
- Partner and consult with the business to understand needs and execute against talent strategies to deliver value.
- Drive consistency in the sourcing process and ensure a best in class hiring manager, Talent Attraction Advisor, and candidate experience.
- Build positive relationships: collaborate with the company (HRBP’s, COE’s, etc.) and work closely with the business owners to ensure we’re putting together sourcing and hiring efforts that address the business needs.
- Challenge hiring managers about talent assumptions
- Have a deep understanding of strategic business priorities and how the organization achieves business goals and profitability.
- Make recommendations based on how positions create value for business.
- Create innovative value solutions to the external market to maintain diverse candidate slates.
- Meet Global Talent Attraction goals for time-to-source, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and compliance.
- Provide hiring managers and Talent Attraction Leads accurate and timely updates on applicant activity, track sourcing metrics and report trends and issues, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Source and vet candidates using tools that increase connections with underrepresented groups and minorities with pace and at scale, leveraging networks and internet research.
- Evaluate market data to build and present sourcing strategies for recruiting and business partners, including demonstrated use of diverse sourcing channels.
- Extract necessary information from the business to build a profile to hunt and engage talent prospects.
- Collaborate with and provide proactive, ongoing communication updates for recruiting and business partners.
- Build, grow, and nurture talent pipelines and keep current our CRM tool
- Flex and adapt to projects and assignments as business needs shift and evolve.
- Meet metrics established to drive results.
- Develop and execute a strategy for pipelining candidates.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience as a sourcer or recruiter;
- Someone in Lisbon who can work on local requests, mostly shared services and technology roles. This person will also be working requests in other European countries and Brazil.
- Someone that is not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to people about what they do, what they want to do and be an ambassador to the company.
- This person should be technically good - know how to use Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed, etc;
- Know how to use Microsoft outlook and CRM experience is a pus;
- This person will be contacting passive candidates but also will have access to previous applicants to contact about new opportunities and to use as a referral base;
- Work with branding team to create campaigns that promote Opportunities at the company;
- Develop diverse talent candidate slates and converting them to active job applicants for current and future positions;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, any other language is a plus;
- Partner with a Recruiter – a partnership, working together to fill positions.
