ABOUT THE ROLE :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team. This position has been created to bolster our HR Operations under the guidance of the Global Workforce & HR Process Manager. If you have a knack for transactional HR processes and are enthusiastic about diving into payroll, benefits, compliance, and more, this role is tailor-made for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
As a Transactional HR Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the seamless flow of HR Operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Global Payroll: Ensuring precise salary data across systems, compiling monthly payroll inputs, and guaranteeing timely and accurate payroll processing.
- HR Admin: Handling transfers, salary changes, promotions, and other essential HR administrative tasks.
- Benefits Administration: Enrolling and managing employees, overseeing billing, and contributing to an efficient benefits process.
- Occupational Health: Managing health enrollments, scheduling medical exams, and workplace accident insurance.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitating smooth transitions for new and departing employees.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring mandatory reporting and adherence to labor laws.
- HRIS Systems: Supporting HRIS processes and data accuracy for the employee lifecycle.
- Process Improvement: Collaborating with the HR Operations team to identify and implement best practices.
- Positive Recognition: Being a point of contact for HR operations inquiries and fostering positive relationships with employees and managers.
- Data Management: Overseeing employee records and HR data archives for smooth back-office administration.

YOU'LL BRING :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in transactional HR, particularly payroll, with a strong attention to detail and data management skills.
- Proficiency in office tools like spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with HRIS systems (digital mindset).
- Proficient in English and Portuguese.
- Proficiency in French or German, along with a familiarity in their respective national HR practices, is a plus.
- Knowledge of general HRIS systems, benefits administration, occupational health, and compliance.
- A creative problem-solving approach and a proactive attitude.
- Collaborative and customer-centric mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
