Description

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the group strategy;
• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, training, development, onboarding and talent management and payroll;
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies;
• Foster a culture of engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion;
• Lead employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution initiatives;
• Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee and leadership capabilities;
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to attract and retain talent;
• Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights for strategic decision-making;
• Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on HR and organizational matters.

Profile

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related;
• Extensive experience in a senior HR leadership role, developed in industrial context;
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and industry trends;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to navigate complex organizational challenges and drive change initiatives;
