Descrição da Função

We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Director to lead a significant people transformation project within a company in the marketing, advertising and communications sector.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role has a strong mandate to define the HR vision, design key people processes from scratch, and enhance existing practices, positioning HR as a strategic partner to the business and supporting long-term growth and cultural evolution.

Key responsabilities

  • Define and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the companys business objectives and future growth ambitions
  • Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives, ensuring engagement, alignment and sustainable adoption across the business
  • Design and implement core HR processes from the ground up, including but not limited to
    • Onboarding frameworks
    • Employee Experience and Engagement models
    • Career paths and development frameworks
    • Talent attraction, retention and succession strategies
  • Review, assess and optimize existing HR processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability and best practices
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on all people-related topics
  • Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performance, business-oriented HR function
  • Drive initiatives related to culture, leadership development, performance management and organizational effectiveness
  • Ensure consistency of people practices in an international and multicultural context
  • Monitor HR trends and benchmarks, translating them into pragmatic and value-added solutions for the organization

Profile&Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Human Resources, in progressively senior and strategic roles
  • Proven experience in change management and HR transformation projects
  • Solid track record in building HR processes and frameworks from scratch, particularly in environments lacking structured onboarding, employee experience or career development models
  • Experience in defining and implementing talent attraction and retention strategies
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, influence and develop teams
  • Previous experience in an international business environment
  • Management or Organizational Development is a strong plus
  • Previous experience in an international business environment
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • Spanish is highly valued
