Your new role:



HR Coordinator must work to coordinate and organize the activities within the HR BU Team. HR coordinator plan and negotiate with managers, employees, and HR staff to ensure they work together and effectively.

HR administration, site support and development - supports all tactical activities when needed to ensure team success; maintains confidentiality of all HR and employee data; completes personnel file administration; may assist with employee information requests related to HR programs; ensures internal customer service and support; and advances personal knowledge of our business operations.

Retention initiatives - supports a variety retention initiatives; may review attrition reports to understand attrition demographics; may assist in administration of employee satisfaction surveys; and may assist with coordinating employee activities at the site.

Conducts basic trainings on Human Resources processes and procedures.

Implement company initiatives and work with different teams to reinforce company values and processes. Support HR team in delivery of overall responsibilities, such as with HRIS administration and employment record-keeping/files maintenance, ensuring compliance, data integrity and information security.

Ensuring the compliance of mandatory procedures, such as Health & Safety, employees' schedules, annual vacation plan, Labor Contracts.

Ensuring compliance with Start and Exit processes - Social Security and ACT communications Conducting audits of HR programs and recommending possible actions to improve existing processes.

Supports retention initiatives in the BU, such as retention Meetings with Agents. Keep tracker all causes of employee absenteeism and attrition.

Participate and promote company's engagement activities/ initiatives.



What you need to be successful:



Degree in Human Resources or Business or a combination of education and equivalent work experience;

3 or more years of progressively responsible in a similar role;

Call Center industry or related experience preferred;

English fluent (mandatory);

IT Skills: SAP SuccessFactors and Meta4 (nice to have).
