A prestigious industry is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (m/f/d), for Ovar.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the management and implementation of human resources processes, from an HR Business Partnership perspective, in accordance with the policies, standards, and procedures of the group.
• Contribute to the management of human resources development processes, namely Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding, Training, Competency Assessment, and Communication
• Participate in the updating and dissemination of Functional and Training Profiles.
• Actively participate in recruitment processes with the internal client.
• Participate in the identification, organization, execution, and evaluation of the training plan.
• Collaborate in the annual Competency Assessment process.
• Collaborate and participate in the promotion of the annual communication plan among all employees.
• Collaborate with the internal client to respond to requests in various processes to meet employee satisfaction
• Preparation and implementation of the annual internal communication plan (actively participating in monthly activities/dynamics, including two major events – Summer party and Christmas party);
• Continuous improvement of various Human Resources processes.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Human Resources or another relevant area.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Experience in an industrial context (mandatory).
• Knowledge of English (mandatory).
• Strong ability to orient towards the internal client and problem-solving.
• Candidates from the surrounding geographical area of Ovar are valued.
