Your new main responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support to HR teams and management worldwide and become an expert in our SuccessFactors modules.
- Ensuring the functionality and quality of assigned modules in SuccessFactors.
- Focus on Recruitment, Recruitment Marketing, and Onboarding modules, and there is also the possibility to gain experience in other parts of the system, such as Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, Compensation, and Integrations (CPI).
- Participate in service delivery through various channels like ticketing systems, email, telephone, chat, and provide onboarding and support to end users and partners.
- Serve as the 2nd level point of contact for SuccessFactors system needs, and you will resolve issues with HR Admins based in different countries worldwide.
- Support to HR teams regarding large data modifications, both business as usual and ad hoc mass data uploads.
 

What do you need to succeed?

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2–3 years of Admin experience in Recruitment and preferably in Onboarding 2.0 in SuccessFactors.
- Attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced MS Excel skills, and outstanding interpersonal, collaboration, and client service skills.
- Comfort working with cross-border teams in a virtual environment is essential.
- Fluency in Business English is required.
