HR Systems Support Agent (Workday)
Location Oeiras Hybrid (2x per week on-site)
Contract Permanent contract direct hire with the final client
Our client is a leader in the mobility and services industry, operating in over 140 countries with a strong focus on digital transformation and innovation.
They are currently expanding their HR Systems Support team and are looking for motivated professionals with experience in Workday or those eager to transition into the HR technology space.
Your Mission
As an HR Systems Support Agent (Workday), youll act as the first point of contact for internal users across Europe, ensuring efficient use of the Workday platform.
Youll play a key role in promoting digital adoption, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Workday ambassador, promoting tool adoption and best practices.
- Provide first-line support to end users, handling tickets and inquiries with accuracy and care.
- Guide users toward self-service solutions whenever possible.
- Document and close support cases according to internal procedures.
- Support training initiatives and communication campaigns on Workday features.
- Share new functionalities, tips, and updates through internal channels.
- Collaborate with HR representatives across multiple countries and external partners.
- Manage multiple requests simultaneously, ensuring prioritization and timely resolution.
- Stay up to date with Workday releases and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For
- 13 years of experience in customer support or user assistance roles.
- Prior knowledge of Workday (or strong motivation to learn).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong attention to detail, trustworthiness, and problem-solving mindset.
- Team player with a curious and proactive attitude toward technology
