The HRIS Director - Sucess Factors will oversee the implementation and continuous evolution of SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent technologies (e.g., case management, knowledge portals, payroll, automation) to support a unified, scalable, and employee-centric HR ecosystem. We're looking for deep expertise in global HR service delivery, strategic governance, and change leadership to ensure accurate solutions, operational efficiency, and user adoption.
Description
- Serve as a key architect of the HR technology roadmap, driving digital HR transformation aligned to organizational priorities and future-of-work objectives.
- Define, refine, and execute a global implementation strategy that includes regional deployment models, sequencing, and post-deployment optimization.
- Partner with the SVP HR Services & Technology to align global shared services goals, labor strategies, and HR operating models.
- Lead a portfolio of HR technology initiatives (SuccessFactors, case management, automation tools, etc.), ensuring alignment with GBS and IT governance standards.
- Establish global program governance and milestone discipline to reduce risk and accelerate delivery.
- Direct vendor performance and manage cross-functional internal/external teams to ensure accountability and delivery.
- Guide integration design across systems (HRIS, Payroll, ITSM, CRM) to ensure seamless data flow and compliance with data privacy and regional requirements.
- Oversee enterprise-wide configuration and testing cycles, ensuring harmonized functionality across regions while addressing country-specific needs.
- Lead global stakeholder engagement and change management programs to ensure strong regional adoption and employee experience alignment.
- Partner with Communications, Learning, and Operations teams to deliver comprehensive training, support materials, and readiness planning.
- Monitor operational performance metrics post-implementation, focusing on service quality, adoption, and ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to continuously enhance the HCM landscape, including AI-enabled features, analytics, and digital self-service tools.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Human Resources.
- 10+ years of experience leading complex, global HCM transformation programs in matrixed environments.
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (EC, LMS, Comp, Recruiting) plus experience with integrated platforms (case management, payroll, knowledge portals).
- Strong experience with global HR operating models, Shared Services, and GBS transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead multi-year programs, manage executive stakeholders, and deliver enterprise technology solutions at scale.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and governance management skills.
- Certifications in SuccessFactors, PMP, or global change management (e.g., Prosci) are a plus.
