Adecco Recruitment is hiring HRIS Access Management & RBP Manager

Are you an expert in SAP SuccessFactors with a strong focus on security, access governance, and compliance? Join a global HRIS transformation project where youll play a critical role in managing access to sensitive employee data and supporting the secure rollout of SuccessFactors modules across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

Define and implement global Role-Based Permissions (RBP) strategy and access design

Configure and maintain permission roles, groups, and hierarchies in SAP SuccessFactors

Ensure segregation of duties (SoD) and least-privilege principles are respected

Collaborate with IT security and data privacy teams to ensure compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2)

Manage provisioning and de-provisioning of access for both project and production environments

Support testing cycles (unit testing, UAT, regression) and resolve access-related issues

Document security configurations, changes, and policies

Required skills and experience

Solid hands-on experience managing RBP in SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules (e.g., EC, Recruitment, Compensation)

Strong understanding of security governance, access controls, and audit readiness

Familiarity with global compliance requirements and data privacy best practices

Experience in global HRIS implementation projects, ideally in large or matrixed organizations

Analytical mindset with strong documentation and problem-solving skills

Ability to guide and support stakeholders in different countries

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

Masters degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or similar

PMP certification or similar project management training

Operational HR experience in large organizations is a plus
