Adecco Recruitment is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner ( M/F ) to join a company in the transformation sector.

Location Samora Correia.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to identify and meet strategic HR needs;
• Develop and implement organizational and talent development initiatives;
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-based recommendations;
• Support change management and promote the desired organizational culture;
• Managing employee recruitment, retention and development processes;
• Act as a mediator in conflict situations and provide advice on labor issues;
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor legislation;

Requirements

• Bachelors and/or Masters degree in human resources, management or related field;
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as an HR Business Partner;
• Preferably experience in industry;
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws and regulations;
• Excellent internal and customer communication skills;
• Portuguese and English (fluent);
