Description

• Act as liaison between HRBP and business unit to support organization objectives;
• Drive and influence key organizational health and engagement initiatives with business;
• Develop and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks;
• Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication;
• Provide day to day talent and performance management guidance;
• Identify training/coaching/mentoring needs for departments, managers and employees;
• Develop and work on special and cross-functional projects as identified.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
• More than 5 years' experience in similar roles;
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices;
• Strong attention to detail, proven interpersonal skills, highly collaborative style;
• Strong negotiation skills and relationships management.
