Our client is a multinational company looking to hire and Interim Human Resources Business Partner during a long term maternity leave.
Description
Reporting to the People Director your main responsibilities will be:
Participate in Talent and Acquisition processes, including recruiting, onboarding and offboarding initiatives;
Support Performance Management cycle and Career Development;
Promote employees' engagement and help foster the company culture;
Support Learning and Development activities;
Assist in the communication of People initiatives;
Provide support to employees in the use of internal platforms;
Assist in payroll preparation;
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise;
Insure data integrity, provide company reports, fill out internal and official surveys;
Support workday processes and other administrative tasks inherent to the department.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources and Organisational Management;
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
Knowledge of Portuguese labour law & practices;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Portuguese and in English. Good comprehension and verbal communication in Spanish will be an advantage;
Proficiency in MS Office applications;
Self-organised, planning and prioritisation skills;
Strong ability to communicate with employees, internal stakeholders and external parties;
Strong interpersonal skills, team player and positive attitude;
Detail oriented;
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
