Integrate the human resources department


  • Work closely with line managers to achieve business objectives through demonstrating best practice in areas such as recruitment, reward and remuneration, talent management, performance management, employee engagement and employee relations;
  • Recommend changes to policies and procedures in line with legislation, and take ownership for agreeing and implementing these changes;
  • Employee relations - end to end management of employee relations issues including disciplinary, settlements, grievances, absence and performance management;
  • Develop and drive the business unit's global workforce plan and human capital strategies by acquiring and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the business;
  • Able to identify trends and proactively recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience;
  • Guide and coach managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex HR issues;
  • Leverage best practices and identify opportunities for efficiency;
  • Identify staffing needs, briefing the recruiting team, and interviewing candidates when needed;
  • Coordinate integration process of new employees.


  • Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar areas;
  • Previous experience of 2 to 3 years in Generalist HR functions;
  • Experience developing and leading training & HR development programs (experience managing financed training
    will be a plus);
  • Great knowledge of recruitment processes management;
  • Ability to actively cooperate and interact with all interlocutors, with high client and results orientation;
  • Knowledge of generalist HR development best practices and HR KPIs collection and analysis;
  • Focused and communicative attitude, with strong orientation to the implementation of procedures;
  • Fluent English speaker;
  • Agility background (will be a plus);
  • Broad experience and specific knowledge of organisational design, talent management, employee relations,
    compensation, employee engagement, learning and performance management;
  • Strong ability to multi-task and respond effectively to changing priorities and demands;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Proactivity, initiative and dynamism;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Ability to build trust and credibility at all levels, and to be seen as a trusted partner to the business.
