Your new role
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering insights and coaching on HR best practices.
Talent Management:
- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs; follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Lead and manage the annual performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Assist managers in creating performance improvement plans and provide support in addressing performance-related issues.
HR Policy & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Partner with legal and regulatory teams to manage risk and ensure HR practices comply with employment laws.
- Update and develop HR policies in line with changes in legislation.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, working closely with legal as required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Provide guidance on compensation strategies and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Manage employee benefits programs and advise employees on benefits-related issues.
Recruitment & Selection:
- Partner with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and reflect the needs of the business.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, to ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
What you need to succeed
- At least 5 years of experience in HR with at least 2-3 years in a business partner or management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- High Level experience in Talent Acquisition Activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, namely SAP Success Factors will be a plus
- Good command of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, etc.);
- Fluency in English is required;
