The company you're going to work at:

Shared Services Centre based in Lisbon.

Your new role: 

Analysis of time management processes and service delivery data;

Identifying areas for improvement (Human Resources) and implementing strategic solutions;

Testing time and attendance processes, ensuring accurate recording of employee hours, leave, and overtime;

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement;

Provide recommendations to optimize resource allocation;

Develop robust reporting mechanisms to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics associated with Service Delivery for time management processes;

Work closely with payroll teams to ensure accurate timekeeping;

Train employees and managers on time and attendance systems, policies, and procedures;

Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to time management, attendance, and scheduling;

Continuously monitor and evaluate existing time management systems, making recommendations for enhancements or system changes as needed;

Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to promote best practices in time management;

Driving continuous improvement initiatives for Time management processes in scope;

Create automations, and further enhance Time management tool capabilities;

Provide recommendations for process optimization and efficiency gains for management review and decision-making;

Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, such as HR, Finance, IT and Global Operations, to understand their needs and censure alignment and smooth execution of workforce administration activities focusing on time management;

Ensure process compliance with local legislation and group policies.


What you need to be successful:  

At least 1 year experience in workforce administration - HR operations context;

Previous experience working for multinational organizations;

Previous Time Management Analyst or similar role, focus on strategic development, analysis, and implementation of time management processes;

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets;

Strong understanding of workforce administration processes and their impact on the employees and organization;

You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones, some flexibility around working hours will be needed;

English fluent  (written and spoken) is essential.
