  • We are looking for a Manager of Organizational and Human Transformation to drive strategic projects in organizational design, strategic workforce planning (SWP), and change management. This role will play a key part in adapting the company's structure and teams to the challenges of the retail sector, ensuring organizational efficiency, business impact, and a positive employee experience.

Description

  • Develop and optimize the company's organizational structures, both in stores and at headquarters, ensuring alignment with global and local strategies.
  • Strategic workforce planning (SWP): Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify future talent needs and translate them into concrete recruitment, development, and team evolution plans.
  • Change management, Design and implement effective strategies to support teams in adapting to new organizational models and digitalization initiatives.
  • Organizational efficiency, monitoring the impact of changes through internal and external benchmarks, ensuring the achievement of strategic KPIs.
  • Culture and employee experience, support teams in creating solutions that foster a positive work environment by analyzing key indicators such as eNPS and implementing improvement actions.
  • Team management, lead and develop a team of two, ensuring their motivation and professional growth.

Profile

  • Academic background in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Around six years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to HR consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design, SWP, and change management.
  • Ability to influence and manage stakeholders, from operational teams to senior leadership.
  • High energy, resilience, and proactivity to lead organizational transformation projects in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in multinational environments and fluency in English.
