Adecco is hiring a HR Technician. Following Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Corporations spin-off from its parent company, Daimler Truck, and the planned integration with Hino Motors, more than 50 new permanent positions have opened in Portugal. This role is based in Tramagal (Abrantes) and offered under a local contract with Mitsubishi Fuso Truck Europe.

 

What will this person do?

• Execute payroll processes and manage working time data.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases (EWD, uMan, Self-Service, Social Security, Compensation Funds).
• Ensure compliance and communication with official entities (social security, unions, insurance companies, etc.).
• Handle administrative HR tasks such as contracts, promotions, and benefits management.
• Support recruitment, training, and employee development activities.
• Manage occupational health matters (medical exams, work accidents, and follow-ups).
• Contribute to ongoing HR projects and process improvements.

 

What the ideal candidate looks like?

•  Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 23 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Advanced English proficiency for professional communication and documentation
• Experience supporting recruitment, training, and employee relations processes.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
• Proactive, dynamic, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
