We're looking for an HR Technician to join our vibrant People & Culture team at ReadinessIT, based in Fundão.

What You'll Do

As part of our People & Culture team, you will:

• Support the recruitment and selection process;
• Assist in the onboarding and integration of new team members;
• Monitor and coordinate training activities;
• Help implement internal communication initiatives (events, internal protocols, engagement actions);
• Provide day-to-day support in HR administrative tasks;
• Contribute to HR best practices, promoting collaboration across teams;
• Support office management operations;
• Participate in projects and continuous improvement within the People & Culture area.

What We're Looking For

You might be the perfect fit if you have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field;
• 1-2 years of experience in the HR field;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good organizational skills and a sense of autonomy;
• A proactive attitude with analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Good English Proficiency
