• We are looking for an HR System Specialist.

Description

• Support and administer core HR system processes, with a strong focus on employee data management, document governance and user access controls;
• Maintain and optimise security roles, permissions and access frameworks within the HR platform;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure HR processes are accurately reflected in system configurations and governance standards;
• Execute and coordinate system testing activities, including QA, UAT and regression testing;
• Validate data quality, document structures, retention rules and access permissions across multiple regions;
• Support document migration and data transition activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and quality standards are met;
• Investigate, document and help resolve system defects, access issues and data inconsistencies;
• Develop and maintain user guides, training materials and process documentation;
• Deliver end-user training and support adoption initiatives to improve system utilisation;
• Contribute to process improvement projects and maintain knowledge repositories and operational documentation;
• Work closely with internal teams, external partners and project stakeholders to support HR systems initiatives and ongoing enhancements;
• Be available to spend the initial onboarding period working from the organisation's headquarters to ensure effective knowledge transfer and stakeholder engagement.

Profile

• 2-5 years of experience within HR Systems, HR Operations, HR Process Excellence or HR Technology environments;
• Availability to travel and spend an extended onboarding period at the company's headquarters during the first months of employment;
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or a comparable HRIS platform;
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR master data and document management practices;
• Familiarity with role-based security concepts, user access management and governance controls;
• Experience supporting testing activities, including QA, UAT and regression testing;
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset;
• Comfortable analysing issues, troubleshooting system-related challenges and coordinating resolutions;
• Confident working with stakeholders across HR, technology and project teams;
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently;
• Proactive, customer-focused and solution-oriented approach;
• Excellent communication and training capabilities;
• Exposure to document migration, process mapping, knowledge management tools, workflow optimisation or change management initiatives would be advantageous;
• Experience within Agile project environments is considered a plus.
