Job Summary: The HR Manager for Group HR is responsible for overseeing various human resources functions, including Management Information Systems (MIS), cost initiatives, and employee experience programs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with senior leadership to enhance HR processes and drive engagement across the organization and should have experience of Global HR.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain accurate HR MIS to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
· Develop and implement cost initiatives to optimize HR budgets and improve efficiency.
- Design & develop global employee reward programs, compensation & benefits
- Lead employee-experience programs aimed at increasing employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with the Group CHRO and other stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure global compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR department.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field;
· Proven global experience as a HR Manager or similar role, ideally within hospitality;
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
· Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
· Proficient in Portuguese and English languages.
