A fast-growing tech company with a start-up environment, currently building its team in Portugal, is looking to hire an HR Manager (m/f/d) to create and structure the Human Resources department.
Your New Role
Reporting directly to the COO, this professional will be responsible for leading the HR team and developing strategies that support the sustainable growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the HR team;
- Define and implement recruitment and selection strategies;
- Manage compensation and benefits policies, aligned with market best practices;
- Develop and execute performance evaluation programs, succession plans, and onboarding processes;
- Promote and strengthen the organizational culture, aligned with the company’s values and objectives;
- Support management in strategic decision-making related to people.
What You Need to Succeed
We are looking for professionals with a degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field, and around 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within a tech environment and in a multicultural context. Fluency in English is mandatory. The ideal profile is someone goal-oriented, hands-on, dynamic, a team player, and available to travel 2–3 times per year.
